圓形料場(chǎng)堆取料機(jī)是懸臂堆料機(jī)與橋式刮板取料機(jī)集于一體設(shè)備，我司目前有圓形堆取料機(jī)軌道直45m-120m各種規(guī)格。
圓形堆取料機(jī)主要由懸臂堆料機(jī)、刮板取料機(jī)、主梁裝置、端梁裝置、料耙裝置、中心柱裝置、司機(jī)室、電氣室、液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)等組成。堆料方式為人字形和傾斜層組合的連續(xù)復(fù)合形堆料，取料方式為全端面取料。
物料由布置在中心柱頂部來(lái)料皮帶機(jī)輸送至懸臂堆料機(jī)，按“連續(xù)復(fù)合式“方法進(jìn)行堆料。主梁的一端支撐在中心柱上，另一端支撐在端梁小車的端梁上。刮板取料機(jī)構(gòu)安裝在主梁下面，取料方式為全端面取料。料耙支撐于主梁側(cè)面的方形軌道上，料耙的塔架設(shè)在主梁上。料耙驅(qū)動(dòng)是液壓傳動(dòng)。取料機(jī)的張緊為液壓張緊。

Circular material piling and taking machine is mainly composed of cantilever pile machine, scraper reclaimer, main girder, beam device, material scraper device, the center column device, driver room, electrical room, hydraulic system and electric control system, etc. Stacking way for chevron and sloping layer combination of continuous composite material piling and taking way is expected to take for full face.
Decorate material by the center top material belt conveyor to cantilever pile machine, according to the "continuous" composite method of stacking. Girder at one end of the support on the center column, the other end of the support beam on beam cars. Scraper feeding mechanism is installed below the main girder, feeding way is take for full face. Material rake supports in girder on the side of the square, is expected to rake in the tower is located in the main girder. Is expected to rake drive hydraulic transmission. Reclaimer tensioning for hydraulic tensioning.
